To start, the restaurant Mare Ha welcomes you with delicious blue corn tortilla chips along with four sauces: tree chilli,  mango habanero, habanero, serrano and jalapeño, and tamarind habanero, each with a different level of spiciness and flavour. After trying the sauces that you'll have to accompany your food, you'll be ready to taste this taco, which is the house specialty and is made with blue corn tortilla, mennonite cheese, Valladolid longaniza, and grilled shrimp sautéed with garlic and spices.
