Visit San Felipe, a mainly fishing port, which is considered one of cleanest municipalities in the state, and where the variety of colorful wooden houses stands out. The boat tour starts from the port and goes to Kambulnah pathway. Surrounded by mangroves and over a wooden boardwalk, walk along 1,049.8 ft to get to the aguada-type cenote, with a diameter of 39.3 ft of blue waters mirror, and a depth in its central part of 13.1 ft. In this place you can watch several species of plants, as well as a varied fauna consistent of insects, birds, and reptiles. It makes a pond, suitable for swimming, but you have to be careful about the crocodiles living there. To see them, you will have to be always vigilant, from the moment you get to the pathway, and up to the cenote, as they live in freedom all over the place.

The second stop is playa bonita, certified as platinum beach, it is distinguishable for its scenic beauty, environmental excellence, and safety. You can enjoy transparent waters with white sand, you will not have to worry for depth, as this beach is quiet and shallow. Watch the change of colors in the sea and take a picture inside on the letters forming the word “Felipe”. After a plunge in the sea, relax in a palapa, there are sunbeds available, and you can buy food and beverages if you ask for them before your visit, otherwise, there is a small store selling sodas and snacks. Besides, they have kayaks for rental and on the side, you can buy handcrafts offered by locals.

When the boat tour has finished, as an extra, you can visit Punta Morena, a 0.3-mile pathway that goes into the thickness of mangroves and wetlands, where you can continue watching port’s fauna.

It includes boat, guide, palapas, pathway, and beach. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, swimming suit, and ecological sunscreen.
