It is a show presenting folk dances from different states of the Mexican Republic. Every Saturday, the end of Paseo Montejo Avenue is full of lights and colors, where people get together to celebrate our country’s culture. Mérida is also Mexico, here, music and national folk dance have first-level artists, who every week enrich the traditional festivity called “Mexican Night”, a celebration with music, voices, traditional dances from other states and regions of the country, singers, composers, dancers, actors, and numerous special guests that provide their originality and creativity to Mérida’s audience. The stage is called “Remate” (end) or “Inicio” (start) of Paseo Montejo Avenue, where there are booths selling handcrafts, food, and traditional beverages. Tickets are available at Centro Cultural Olimpo from 8:00 h to 16:00 h. You can buy maximum four tickets per person.
