With over 15 years of experience selling different species of stews, Codornejos restaurant has one of its specialties to offer you: roasted quail. They will serve you a portion of two charcoal-roasted quails, accompanied by tomato sauce, rice, roasted red onion, strained beans, handmade tortillas, and two boiled quail eggs. The meat of this small bird is tasty and tender, and the little eggs accompanied with tomato and habanero chili sauce will be the perfect complement to enjoy this dish. If you want more quail eggs, their menu has an appetizer of twelve pieces so you can enjoy with your companions. Within the same area, 200 meters away, they have a quail production farm where you can have an explanation of the care given to this species in a small tour, you will see from the smallest ones to the egg layers.
