Acanceh Experience offers different sensory activities that you can experience aboard an ATV. It has a night tour, which starts with a visit to the main square near the market, where gastronomic aromas will inundate your senses. Acanceh is not only known for the production of beautiful textiles but also for delighting even the most demanding palate with delicious traditional sweets and an exquisite tasting of the most typical dishes of the municipality and the state. In this experience, you can prepare your own tortillas by hand and incorporate them into the comal to taste them warm. The food is made with the day's harvest, totally fresh products that are cooked over a wood fire. The preparation of the dishes takes place at the base of a ceiba tree, and the tasting is done in the vestiges of the office of the patron of a hacienda that is more than 200 years old, which serves as a dining room for all visitors.
