Located within the municipality of Tekit, known as the capital of the guayabera (a traditional Yucatecan shirt), you can experience the opportunity to make your own bread in a workshop led by a local family who owns a bakery and preserves the use of a traditional stone oven. Learn about the tradition of bread making and participate in the process, from kneading the dough to giving the final touches to the bread before it goes into the oven. Afterwards, you can taste some breads such as tuti, hojaldra, polvorón, among others.
