This innovative dish emerged with the idea of combining Yucatecan and Italian cuisine through its ingredients. It is made with handmade pasta made from flour, egg, and achiote, sautéed with butter and accompanied by smoked meat and queso de bola (Edam cheese). It was first created in 2021 for a local bazaar in Pisté, and due to its great acceptance, it started being sold by order. There is also another presentation of pasta, which is made with black seasoning, sautéed with butter and accompanied by the traditional "but" of relleno negro (ground meat), boiled eggs, and edam cheese. Come and enjoy one of these dishes and let them delight your palate.
