Mead is a fermented beverage made from honey and potable water through the action of wine yeast. It serves as a digestive, relaxant, revitalizer, and energizer, thanks to its enzymatic properties obtained through fermentation. Enjoy this beverage at "La Honradez" brewery, a registered brand since April 2021. They offer 10 craft beers and a metheglin-style mead infused with x'kakaltún and 6% alcohol. The beverages undergo approximately one month of fermentation, during which their development is monitored before being manually bottled. They also offer workshops for brewing your own craft beer, guided by the expert hands of Muna. Be amazed by each new craft beer and mead and experience unique flavours!
