Located in front of the main park of the port of Dzilam de Bravo, you will find “El Pescador” restaurant, a family establishment where you can enjoy a variety of fish and seafood dishes. Among their menu items, they offer the picuda ceviche, which is made with diced fish fillet marinated in lime juice for approximately 45 minutes to cook the fish, while the other ceviche ingredients are prepared. Tomato and onion are chopped and mixed with a little olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Once mixed, you'll be ready to savour this exquisite and fresh dish.
