After their successful experience selling ice creams in Morelos, the Tzab family arrives in Yucatán with a new technique and an improved formula for making ice creams in the hot state. They decide to set up on the Mérida-Cancun highway, strategically positioned to attract passing cars, whether tourists or travellers seeking to cool off with a delicious ice cream. Made from seasonal natural fruit, water, or milk, their flavours include corn, coconut, nance, mango, soursop, strawberry, among others. They have been in the business for 23 years, selling from Monday to Saturday, and they place their ice creams in barrels to maintain the perfect consistency. As you pass by the highway, you'll see a small canopy where they will attend to you so you can buy your cups of ice cream, or if you prefer, a half or a whole litre. Try them out during your visit to Yucatán!
