In this experience, you will have the opportunity to participate in a Yucatecan cooking workshop using the traditional technique of cooking food in an earth oven, known as "pi'ib" (underground oven). Guided by Chef Wilson Alonzo, you will prepare delicious dishes of Mayan, Mestizo, and Criollo origin, such as cochinita pibil, relleno blanco, and relleno negro. You will be present during the unveiling of the food to taste the traditional flavours that result from cooking in a pi'ib.
