The K'u'uk Restaurant, located next to the Monumento a la Patria, is housed within a historic mansion. It is a space where tradition and innovation come together as one, hence the restaurant's name, which comes from the Mayan language and translates as "sprout" or "new growth." Their menu offers a variety of dishes that showcase the flavours of Yucatán. To conclude your meal, they recommend the dessert called "Honeycomb of Honey," which consists of a honey cookie honeycomb made from Dzidzilché honey, tajonal honey, melipona bee honey, multifloral honey, pollen, fiber, passion fruit, freeze-dried mushrooms, creamy vanilla and honey, rice, and ceremonial baalché liqueur. It is a combination of different honeys perfectly balanced to create an incredible gastronomic experience.
