Kisin, derived from the Maya word for "devil," is the name of this liquor made from ancho chilli with garnish of charred salt and habanero chilli. It is prepared using the shaker/double-strain technique, which allows for an extraordinary blend of flavours, textures, and aromas. Its name comes from the fact that it contains a variety of the spiciest habanero chilli called "kisin." When you try to savour it, you will initially experience a characteristic aroma provided by some volatile compounds present in the fruit. This splendid liquor is the creation of Sikil Valladolid, made primarily from 100% Yucatecan ingredients. It's a mixture of emotions that you won't want to miss.
