The restaurant La Tosteviche is pleased to present one of its fusion dishes. Named by Chef Fabián Romero as "Ha Ik," which means water and chilli in Maya, this unique aguachile tostada combines Yucatecan ingredients in its preparation. Based on sour orange, habanero, cilantro, salt, and spices, the marinade is made to bathe the cubes of tuna. It is a truly addictive tostada made with yellow corn, topped with aguachile and garnished with julienned onion and cucumber. This dish undoubtedly adds to Yucatecan cuisine, and you have to try it!
