The traditional cook Antonio Aguilar, from Valladolid, is renowned in this beautiful Magical Town for the seasoning of his regional dishes. He is currently known as the King of Chocolomo, a typical dish made of beef broth. One of the main characteristics that stands out in Don Tono's kitchen is that he cooks with firewood and uses the freshest ingredients. He visits the market on the day he plans to cook to buy fresh vegetables and meat. His mother was the one who taught him how to cook and develop his own seasoning.
