Upon arrival at the Eco Hotel Nueva Altia, you can indulge in the lush vegetation surrounding it and participate in the preparation of the Tzamá bean pipián dish. The experience begins with ingredient selection, such as cleaning and selecting the tzamá beans, grinding achiote seeds in a molcajete, and toasting pumpkin seeds for later grinding in a hand mill.
