Yerba Santa restaurant is a new gastronomic proposal located in one of the most iconic neoclassical houses, known as El Minaret on Paseo de Montejo. Executive Chef Nidia Sánchez leads the restaurant group, offering a Cuisine without Borders concept that blends the tradition and culture of Mexican gastronomy through locally-sourced ingredients that engage all the senses. In this space, flavours, ambiance, and company come together in an unparalleled experience. The menu features various fusion dishes of Yucatecan cuisine, including the so-called "flautas de cochito," which are fried rolls filled with Yucatan-style cochinita, habanero jam, Espelón bean puree, and pickled purple onion tapioca. For dessert, they offer tascalate ice cream with achiote, coconut crumble, and tascalate cookie. Visit the El Minaret mansion with its Yerba Santa restaurant and enjoy a unique culinary experience!
