Yerba Santa restaurant is a new gastronomic proposal located in one of the most iconic neoclassical houses, known as El Minaret on Paseo de Montejo. Executive Chef Nidia Sánchez leads the restaurant group, offering a Cuisine without Borders concept that blends the tradition and culture of Mexican gastronomy through locally-sourced ingredients that engage all the senses. In this space, flavours, ambiance, and company come together in an unparalleled experience.
