Since 1964, the history of Salbutes Bado began to unfold, offering the legendary salbutes with ground meat, which are prepared in three different presentations: capers, black pork, and red ground beef, along with the traditional salbutes with boiled egg. This family business has evolved over the years, as well as the flavour with which they prepare their food. The base for the ground meat is made with ground pork shoulder, to which various ingredients are added, such as tomato, cilantro, onion, house spices, among others. For each of the dishes, the ground meat is complemented accordingly: for capers, it is combined with steak seasoning, raisins, olives, capers, cloves, and a special touch. For black pork, the meat is mixed with charred chilies and a touch of homemade habanero sauce. And for the red ground beef, annatto, chorizo, and finely chopped potato are added. Visit your friend Bado and try each of his salbutes!
